Analysis of Challenges in CBM Well Cementing of Zhina Coalfield in Guizhou Province

织纳煤田煤层气井固井难点体现在:煤层多而薄、煤储层埋藏浅、井底温度低、煤层段井径不规则、固井顶替效率低和煤储层保护难度大等方面。钻进过程中维持井壁的稳定性、优化水泥浆配方设计和选择合理的固井工艺,是提高织纳煤田煤层气井固井质量的研究方向。

The cementing challenges for CBM wells in Zhina Coalfield could be concluded as multiple distribution with thin layers,shallow buried depth,low bottom hole temperature,irregular borehole,poor displacement efficiency and difficulty in protecting reservior. Futher researches on maintaining wellbore stability while drilling,optimzation of cement slurry design as well as suitable cementing technology should be done to improve cementing quality of CBM wells in Zhina Coalfield.
