摘要
修井作业对煤层气的排采会产生较大影响,本文对延川南煤层气田修井原因进行了分类,分别是泵堵塞、卡泵、油管漏失、泵漏失、抽油杆断脱,对各个修井原因进行分析后发现,煤粉是造成煤层气井修井得主要原因,其次是腐蚀和偏磨,根据修井原因的不同,从防煤粉、防腐蚀、防偏磨三个方面制定了延长煤层气井检泵周期的措施。
Since well workover has a bad effect on the production of CBM,this paper introduces and analyzes the causes of well workover in South Yan Chuan CBM Field,which includes valve jam,stuck pump,oil tube leak,valve leak,and sucker rod break. After analyzing each cause,it is found that the main factor of well workover is pulverized coal,and the another two factors are corrosion and eccentric wearing. According to the defferent causes of well workover,it also provides countermeasures to extend the pump detection cycle for CBM well from the aspects of anti-pulverized coal,anti-corrosion and antieccentric wearing.
