集训期新兵离队倾向的心理社会影响因素

Psychosocial Factors on Intention to Drop Out of Training Period in Recruits

目的探寻集训期新兵离队倾向的心理社会影响因素。方法采用自编问卷、积极心理资本问卷(positive psychological capital questionnaire,PPQ)及90项症状清单(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)对某部382名集训期新兵进行调查,并对有或无离队倾向者的各种心理社会因素进行统计分析。结果 (1)有离队倾向者与无离队倾向者在家庭经济、入伍态度上的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前者的SCL-90总分显著高于后者(P<0.05);有离队倾向者的4个PPQ因子分均显著低于无离队倾者(P<0.05)。(2)SCL-90总分与PPQ总分、自我效能、韧性、乐观及希望因子分的Pearson相关系数分别为-0.670、-0.483、-0.718、-0.552、-0.588(P均<0.05)。(3)Logistic回归分析发现,集训期新兵的离队倾向受到入伍态度、心理健康水平、自我效能及心理韧性的影响。结论抗拒入伍、心理健康水平较低、自我效能及心理韧性较差者,倾向离队。

Objective To explore the psychosocial factors on intention to drop out of training period in recruits.Methods A total of 382 recruits during training period were assessed with self-designed questionnaires,Positive PsyCap Quetionnaires（PPQ）and Symptom Chencklist 90（SCL-90）,and the psychosocial factors were analyzed on intention to drop out or not in recruits.Results（1）There were significantly differences in home economics and enlistment attitude between recruits with intention to drop out or not（P〈0.05）.The SCL-90 total score of former group was significantly higher than that of latter group（P〈0.05）,but the four PPQ factor scores of former group were all significantly lower than those of latter group（P〈0.05）.（2）Pearson correlation coefficient between SCL-90 total score and PPQ total,selfefficacy,resilience,optimism,hope factor scores were-0.670,-0.483,-0.718,-0.552,-0.588,respectively（all P〈0.05）.（3）Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the intention to drop out of training period in recruits was influenced by enlistment attitude,mental health status,self-efficacy and resilience.Conclusion Recruits who resistance to enlistment,have lower mental level,poor self-efficacy or resilience may intend to drop out.
