党的十九大的突出亮点,是将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想写入党章,确立为党的行动指南。党的十八大以来,我们党在世情、国情、党情方面呈现出一系列新特征、新趋势,面临着极其严峻的考验和挑战,这是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的时代背景。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,是一个内涵丰富、思想深邃的科学理论体系,它开辟了马克思主义的新境界、中国特色社会主义新境界、党治国理政思想新境界和管党治党新境界,为新时代推进党和国家事业提供了思想指导、行动纲领、基本遵循。
