On the basis of the intrinsic connection between finance and military, ＂money ＋ troops＂ constitutes a typical model that props up the rise of a major country. Looking back at the development of the Party and the country, we can see that the finance in the revolutionary times was deeply rooted in the people, marching side by side with the people＇ s military from Yan＇ an to all over China.
