中原门氏家传方乌茜断丝散治疗崩漏经验

门成福教授本着补肾填精调冲任、化瘀止血的原则,应用门氏家传方乌茜断丝散治疗崩漏,疗效显著。该方中出现的药物组合有乌贼骨、茜草、荆芥炭、阿胶;杜仲、菟丝子、续断、熟地黄炭;当归、白芍。诸药合用,共奏收敛化瘀止血、补肾填精、调理冲任、养血止血之功。方中炭剂用量15~25 g,可谓打破了常规用量,以重剂、竣剂的方式出现,临床效优。

Professor Men Chenfu,by following the principles of nourishing Kidney and filling Essence,regulating Chong and Ren Meridian and dispersing blood stasis as well as stopping bleeding. The paired drug group includes： Cuttlebone,Barnyardgrass,Nepeta charcoal and donkey-hide gelatin; Eucommia ulmoides,Cuscuta,Dipsacus,Rehmannia glutinosa; Angelica and White peony.These various drugs were used together to achieve a total function of dispelling Phlegm and blood stasis,filling Kidney essence,reconditioning Chong and Ren meridians and nourishing blood to stop bleeding. The amount of carbon drugs in the formula is 15-25 g,which can be said to break the conventional dosage and appear as heavy agents and expectorants. Just in this way,excellent clinical efficacy can be achieved.
