Professor Cai Sheng Zhao's Clinical Experience in Treatment of Alopecia Areata

毛发的生长、脱落、荣润、凋枯与肝、肾、气血关系密切,情志起居也是本病发生的重要因素。蔡老根据自己的临床经验结合病因指出滋补肝肾、益气活血、调畅情志为治疗斑秃的三原则,注重调畅情志,强调内外同治,采用针刺、扣刺及生姜涂擦,针刺配合生姜能使毛发脱落减少或停止,促进毛发再生。

Besides,he also emphasizes the internal and external treatment at the same time,such as acupuncture and Ginger rubbing since acupuncture combined with Ginger can reduce or stop hair loss and promote hair regeneration.
