摘要
目的:观察中药复方肤敏膏对机械性损伤致创面愈合和瘢痕形成的影响。方法:实验动物随机分为阳性对照组、模型组、肤敏膏高剂量组、肤敏膏低剂量组,以家兔耳部皮肤全层切除(深度至软骨,面积为1.0 cm×0.8 cm)机械伤为模型。观察术后创面愈合时间,于术后2 d、3 d、5 d、7 d测定伤腔容积,术后2 d、4 d、6 d测定伤口红肿宽度,术后7 d、14 d、28 d、56 d切取兔耳皮肤全层组织,测量毛细血管数、表皮生长宽度、肉芽组织厚度、上皮生长宽度、纤维细胞层厚度。结果:与模型组比较,肤敏膏高剂量、低剂量均可缩短创面愈合时间,其中高剂量肤敏膏可明显缩短创伤愈合时间(P<0.05);肤敏膏高剂量、低剂量均能显著缩小兔耳部皮肤全层切除伤伤腔容积(P<0.05),缓减创面边缘的红肿程度,显著缩小创伤后创面红肿宽度(P<0.05),促进全层切除上皮的生长,促进家兔耳部皮肤全层切除伤肉芽组织的生长,提高创面愈合率;肤敏膏高剂量、低剂量均能防止毛细血管减少(P<0.05),减缓纤维细胞层增厚(P<0.05),抑制兔耳部皮肤全层切除伤表皮增厚。结论:肤敏膏在创伤愈合阶段可明显促进创面愈合,在瘢痕形成阶段可缓减胶原纤维过度增生。
Objective: To observe the effect of Fufang Fumin Gao on wound healing and scar formation caused by mechanical damage. Methods: The experimental animals were randomly divided into positive control group,model group,high dose Fufang Fumin Gao group,low dose Fufang Fumin Gao group. The ear injury of rabbits was made by full-thickness resection of the ear skin(depth to cartilage area 1. 0 cm × 0. 8 cm). The concept of time check wound healing after surgery,postoperative 2 d,3 d,5 d,7 d determination of wound cavity volume,postoperative 2 d,4 d,6 d determination of wound swelling width,postoperative 7 d,14 d,28 d,56 d tissue cutting and rabbit ear skin,counting the capillary number,width,epidermal growth of granulation tissue the thickness of skin growth width,fiber cell layer thickness. Results: Fufang Fumin Gao high dose and low dose can shorten wound healing time,the high dose group can significantly shorten the healing time of sensitive skin cream; high dose and low dose can significantly reduce the rabbit ear skin full-thickness excision wound cavity volume,slow swelling degree reduction of wound edge,reduce wound swelling after trauma area,reduce swelling height,promote full-thickness resection of epithelial growth,promote rabbit ear skin fullthickness excision wound granulation tissue growth,improve the rate of wound healing; skin cream sensitive high dose and low dose groups could prevent capillary reduction,slow fiber cell layer thickening,inhibition of rabbit ear skin full-thickness excision wound epidermal thickening. Conclusion: Fufang Fumin Gao can obviously promote wound healing in the stage of wound healing,and it can reduce the hyperproliferation of collagen fibers in the stage of scar formation.
