时间针灸研究述评

Time Acupuncture Research Progress

时间针灸的相关研究取得了一定的成绩,同时在研究中也存在一些问题与不足,主要表现在以下几点:理论研究数量相对较少,且缺少从医学与文化角度对时间针灸的形成、发展脉络与理论内涵的深入研究;临床研究方面对子午流注、灵龟八法关注较多,对飞腾八法与养子时刻注穴法则极少涉及;研究者对时间针灸的概念、方法不清,导致应用上的不规范甚至是错误;临床研究选取的样本量过少、缺少对照组或对照组设置不合理,以及随机对照实验的设计不够规范和严谨,不同研究者对同一疾病采取的疗效评价标准不尽统一;有关实验研究仅限于对人与动物理化指标的观察,较少涉及深层次的机制研究。今后应进一步开展理论研究、规律总结,并探索时间针灸的临床应用,总结时间针灸的应用经验,并进行更深层次的机制研究,为时间针灸理论和临床应用提供依据。

The related research of acupuncture and moxibustion has achieved certain achievements in the past 15 years. At the same time,there are some problems and deficiencies in the study,which are mainly in the following points： the number of theoretical studies is relatively small,and there is a lack of medical and cultural perspectives on its formation process in history,its development and the theoretical connotation with in-depth researches. In clinical researches Zi Wu Ling Zhu and Ling Gui Ba Fa methods are more focused on,yet there are very few studies concerning the eight methods of Fei Teng Ba Fa and Yang Zi Shi Ke Zhu Xue Fa. Researchers are unclear about the concept and methods of time acupuncture,which leads to irregular or even wrong application of it. There are too few clinical samples selected in studies,or a lack of control groups,or the design of the randomized controlled trials is not standardized and rigorous. The evaluation criteria for the efficacy on the same disease used by different researchers are not uniform. The relevant experimental research is limited to the observation of human or animal physical indicators,which is less relevant to deeper levels. Therefore,the mechanism researches should be further carried out in the future. By making law summary,exploring the clinical application of time acupuncture,summarizing the application experience of time acupuncture and conducting deeper mechanism researches,the theory basis in time acupuncture and the clinical application of it is to be provided.
