电针腰骶丛神经配合骨康健生丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Electro-acupuncture of Lumbosacral Plexus Combined with Gukang Jiansheng Pill in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨电针腰骶丛神经配合骨康健生丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将196例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组98例,对照组针刺主穴:大肠俞(双)、气海俞(双)、关元俞(双)、腰阳关、承扶、阳陵泉、委中等。常规针刺深度。观察组采用电针疗法,取穴基本同对照组,但根据患者腰椎间盘突出病变部位,主穴还需加取阿是穴(特定穴),且各穴位均要深刺。两组均配合口服骨康健生丸治疗,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:对照组98例患者:临床缓解64例,占65.31%;好转23例,占23.47%;未愈11例,占11.22%,有效率88.78%。观察组98例患者:临床缓解79例,占80.61%;好转16例,占16.33%;未愈3例,占3.06%,有效率96.94%。观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:按腰椎间盘突出病变部位,电针深刺腰骶丛神经配合口服骨康健生丸治疗腰椎间盘突症,疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture of lumbosacral plexus nerves and psoas major muscle combined with oral Gukang Jiansheng Pill in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 196 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 98 cases in each group. The main acupuncture points of the control group acupuncture are Dachang Shu(double）,Qihai Shu(double）,Guanyuan Shu(double）,Yaoyangguan,and the coordinating points are Shen Shu,Huantiao,Chengfu,Yanglingquan,Weizhong and others,all of which are needled with conventional depth. Electro-acupuncture therapy was used in the observation group and the acupoints in the observation group were basically the same as the control group. However,according to the location of lumbar disc herniation in the patient,Ashi(special point） was also added in practice,and all the acupoints were deeply punctured. Both groups were also treated with oral Gukang Jiansheng Pill. The curative effect was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results： In the control group,there were 98 patients：clinical remission in 64 cases,accounting for 65. 31%; improvement in 23 cases,accounting for 23. 47%; failure in 11 cases,accounting for 11. 22%. The effective rate was 88. 78%. In the observation group of 98 patients： clinical remission in 79 cases,accounting for 80. 61%; improved in 16 cases,accounting for 16. 33%; unhealed in 3 cases,accounting for 3. 06%. The effective rate was 96. 94%. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： According to the lumbar disc herniation,electro-acupuncture deep lumbosacral plexus nerve,psoas major muscle,etc.combined with oral Gukang Jiansheng Pill in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. The curative effect is significant.
