高职教育“校企合作”人才培养需要把握的几个关系

Several Relations that Need to be Grasped in the Cultivation of "Cooperation between School and Enterprise" in Higher Vocational Education

随着社会的发展和进步,我国高等职业教育得到了较好的发展,并且国民经济水平也在不断增长。这种情况之下,加强高等职业院校和相关企业的联系是非常必要的。我国大部分的高等职业院校进行校企合作,并且选取比较科学合理的相处模式,明确学校和企业的关系,具有针对性地培养应用型人才,可在很大程度上提高高职院校的学生就业率,也为企业培养了优秀的技术人才。本文主要分析高等职业教育校企合作模式之下进行人才培养的几个重要关系和重要内容。

With the development and progress of society, higher vocational education in our country has got better develop- ment, and the level of national economy is growing. In this context, strengthening the links between higher vocational institutions and related enterprises is essential. Most higher vocational colleges and universities in our country cooperate with enterprises, choose a scientific and reasonable way to get along with each other, make clear the relationship between the school and the enterprise, and train the application-oriented talents. This paper mainly analyzes several important relations and contents of personnel training under the cooperative mode of higher vocational education.
