摘要
卓越法律人才培养计划虽已推行六年有余,但法学教育进行至今仍存有诸多问题,围绕此类问题学界已提出多种改革方案,但其收效往往微乎其微。为此有必要从分类培养、推行课改以及强化实践等路径对其予以重新考量,以寄望能够使当前法学教育进程中所遇之尴尬境况有所缓和。
Although the outstanding legal talents training program has been implemented for more than six years, there are still many problems in the legal education. There are many reform programs that have been proposed by the academic circles around these issues, but their effectiveness is often minimal. For this reason, it is necessary to rethink the path from the cultivation of classifications, the implementation of curriculum reforms, and the enhancement of practices so as to hopefully ease the embarrassing situation encountered in the current legal education process.
