摘要
随着教育体系的发展及完善,对各阶段的教育管理工作提出了更新的标准与要求,传统的管理方式方式已经不再满足学生发展和教育发展的要求,因此高校需要转变管理理念,创新和变革管理方法与管理模式。而激励理论在教育界的发展应用,可以为高校学生管理工作提供全新的路径,将外部管理逐渐转变为学生的自我约束和自我管理,发挥学生的主观能动性,实现学生自我完善及发展,提高学生管理的质量与效率。本文就对高校学生管理中激励理论的运用进行分析和探讨。
With the development and improvement of the education system, new standards and requirements have been put forward for the education and management of all stages. The traditional management methods no longer meet the requirements of student development and education development. Therefore, universities need to change management concepts, innovations and Change management methods and management models. The development and application of motivation theory in the education sector can provide a new path for the management of college students, gradually transforming external management into self-restraint and self-management of students, giving full play to students' subjective initiative, realizing self-improvement and development of students, and improving the quality and efficiency of students' management. This article analyzes and discusses the use of incentive theory in college student management.
