Preliminary Analysis of New-entry Education Reform Model under the Concept of Military-civilian Integration

军民融合式新生入学教育是对高校素质建设很重要的一环节。文章从入学教育实情出发,准备理解与自觉贯彻军民融合的方法方针,充分认识到军民融合式新生入学教育的可行性与必要性。将简要从在军民融合理念融入在新生入学教育中的必要性,创新性以及可行途径等问题上进行研究,旨在探寻一种更具有战略性、全局性以及高效性的新生入学教育模式。

The integration of military and civilian new enrolment education is an important link to the quality construction of colleges and universities. Starting from the reality of entrance education, the article is ready to understand and conscientiously implement the policy of civil military integration, fully recognizing the feasibility and necessity of enrollment education for freshmen. This paper briefly studies the necessity, innovation and feasible ways of integrating the concept of civil military integration into freshmen＇s entrance education, aiming to explore a more strategic, global and efficient new enrollment education mode.
