摘要
国家和地方政府逐年加大了对高职院校教师培养培训的工作力度,但高职院校教师培养培训效能仍存在缺陷,本文基于现有文献研究,探讨高职院校教师培养培训突出问题及原因,提出以问题为导向、以制度为保障、以激励为手段、以职业规划为方法的提升对策,以期对提高高职院校教师培养培训效能有所启示。
National and local governments have intensified efforts to train and train teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities year by year. However, there are still defects in teacher training and training effectiveness in higher vocational col- leges. This article is based on the existing literature research to explore the outstanding problems of teacher training and train- ing in higher vocational colleges. As for the reasons, it proposes a problem-oriented, system-based, incentive-based, and ca- reer-planning approach to improve countermeasures in order to provide some insights into improving the efficiency of teacher training in higher vocational colleges.
