摘要
在民族地区农村初中学校实际发展的过程中,由于办学条件与教学观念等较为滞后,会导致数学教学质量降低,不能全面培养学生的学习能力,难以利用现代化教学方式提高教学水平。因此,在教学过程中,教师应当保证自身工作效果,教育部门也要针对民族地区农村初中数学教学进行分析,给予一定的帮助,以便于提高教学工作水平。
In the process of the actual development of rural junior high schools in minority areas, due to the lags in schooling conditions and teaching concepts, the quality of mathematics teaching will be reduced, students' learning ability cannot be ful- ly cultivated, and it is difficult to use modem teaching methods to improve teaching standards. Therefore, in the teaching pro- cess, teachers should ensure the effectiveness of their own work, and the education department should also analyze the teaching of mathematics in rural junior high schools in ethnic minority areas and provide certain help to improve the level of teaching work.
