在民族地区农村初中学校实际发展的过程中,由于办学条件与教学观念等较为滞后,会导致数学教学质量降低,不能全面培养学生的学习能力,难以利用现代化教学方式提高教学水平。因此,在教学过程中,教师应当保证自身工作效果,教育部门也要针对民族地区农村初中数学教学进行分析,给予一定的帮助,以便于提高教学工作水平。
