Case Analysis and Enlightenment of College Students' Disregarding from Their Learning Majors

近年来,随着我国高等教育大众化、普及化时代的到来,高校大学生在校人数日增,但大学生退学行为也显著增多。本文以高校辅导员的视角以一个入学近一学期的学生退学的案例展开分析和反思,以期为学生工作队伍处理大学生退学问题带来一定思考,探讨高校辅导员、专任教师、学校、家庭和社会如何形成合力,共同预防大学生不正常退学现象的发生。

In recent years, with the advent of the era of popularization and popularization of higher education in China, the number of university students in colleges and universities has been increasing, but the behavior of university students with- drawing from school has also increased significantly. From the perspective of college counselors, this article analyzes and ref- lects on the case of a student dropping out of school for nearly one semester, in order to bring some thoughts to the student workforce in dealing with the problems of college dropouts, and to discuss college counselors, full-time teachers, schools, fam- ilies and societies.
