公安院校毕业生就业现状调查——以陕西警官职业学院为例

Survey on Employment Situation of Graduates from Public Security Colleges——Take Shaanxi Police College as an example

通过对陕西警官职业学院毕业生的就业状况进行分析调查,可以充分了解到我国公安院校毕业生的就业现状,进而为公安院校的持续发展提供依据和理论指导。针对陕西警官职业学院毕业生的就业状况,从整体角度对毕业生的就业状况进行详细的调查研究。从调查结果中可以看到,公安院校毕业生就业满意度较低,人才利用率低,公安院校毕业生入警率低的影响因素多样化,我国公安院校的发展需要全社会的支持和帮助。

Through analyzing and investigating the employment situation of the graduates from Shaanxi Vocational College of Police Officers, we can fully understand the current employment situation of graduates of public security colleges in our country, and provide evidence and theoretical guidance for the continued development of public security colleges. In view of the employment situation of graduates from Shaanxi Police College, a detailed investigation and study is conducted on the em- ployment status of graduates from an overall perspective. From the survey results, we can see that public security college gra- duates have low job satisfaction, low utilization of talents, and diversified influencing factors in the low rate of police entry for police graduates. The development of public security colleges in China needs the support and help of the entire society.
