摘要
测试了新型增刚成核剂NAP-53对聚丙烯增刚改性的效果,结果表明,增刚成核剂NAP-53成核效果显著,当其添加量增加时,聚丙烯的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度和热变形温度均随着提高,且在增加刚性的同时,韧性不会下降,与磷酸盐类成核剂和改进庚二酸钠成核剂相比,意义重大,是一种优异的聚丙烯增刚改性成核剂。
A new nucleating agent NAP-53 was studied for its performance on polypropylene modification. The results show that this agent has a remarkable nucleating performance. When the dosage of NAP-53 is increased, the polypropylene's flexural strength, flexural modulus, anti-impact strength and heat deflection temperature will all be increased but its flexibility will never be decreased. Comparing with the phosphoric acid nucleating agent and the modified sodium pimelic nucleating agent, this agent has a better performance.
