硫酸羟氯喹联合甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效分析

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE COMBINED WITH METHOTREXATE AND LEFLUNOMIDE IN THE TREATMENT OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

目的探讨硫酸羟氯喹联合甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效。方法分析98例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的临床资料,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,对照组予甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特治疗,观察组予硫酸羟氯喹、甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特治疗,比较二组临床疗效、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)及抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体水平。结果 (1)观察组治疗有效率较对照组高(89.80%vs.69.39%)(P<0.05);(2)观察组治疗后ESR与hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组治疗后抗CCP抗体与RF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸羟氯喹联合甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特治疗RA患者临床疗效更为显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine combined with Methotrexate and Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The clinical data of 98 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the cases were divided into control group and study group with 49 cases in each group.The cases in the control group were treated with Methotrexate and Leflunomide treatment,and the cases in the study group were treated with Hydroxychloroquine combined with Methotrexate and Leflunomide.The clinical efficacy,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,rheumatoid factor（RF）and synovial fluid interleukin-1α（IL-1α）and interleukin-6（IL-6）level changes were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（89.80% vs.69.39%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the ESR and RF levels of study group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the IL-1αand IL-6 levels in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine combined with Methotrexate and Leflunomide is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
