O型血孕妇血清IgG抗A/B效价分布及茵枙黄颗粒治疗效果观察

Study of IgG anti-A/B titer distribution in Sera of-type pregnant women and influence of Yinzhi huang granules

目的:研究O型血孕妇血清IgG抗A/B效价分布、丈夫血型及孕妇年龄对抗体效价的影响以及茵枙黄颗粒的降效价作用。方法:选择初次就诊的O型血孕妇1 015例进行血清IgG抗A/B效价测定,分析丈夫血型及孕妇年龄与抗体效价的相关性,选取初检效价≥256者进行配对试验观察茵枙黄颗粒降效价的治疗效果。结果:1 015例初诊的O型血孕妇中,血清IgG抗A/B效价≥256者共453例(44.6%);丈夫血型为B型者抗体效价显著低于丈夫血型为AB型者(P<0.01);孕妇年龄和抗体效价之间呈微弱正相关(rs=0.09 381,P<0.01),25~30岁年龄段组效价水平显著低于31~36岁组和37岁以上组(P<0.01);与对照组相比较,茵枙黄颗粒治疗组末/初次效价比降低不明显(P>0.05)。结论:丈夫血型和孕妇年龄影响孕妇血清IgG抗A/B效价,茵枙黄颗粒单独使用时降效价作用不明显。

Objective：To study the IgG anti-A/B titerdistribution in sera of the O-type pregnant women,the effect of their husband＇s blood type and the age of pregnant women on antibody titer and the treatment effect of Yinzhihuang Granules.Method：1 015 first-visit O-type pregnant womenwere selected,their serum IgG anti-A/Btiter distribution were detected,and the correlation of their age and their husband＇s blood type with blood type antibody titerwas analyzed.The treatment effect of Yinzhihuang Granuleson the pregnant women whose antibody titerwas not less than 256 was investigated.Result：In 1 015 cases of pregnant women,serum IgG anti A/B titer was greater than or equal to 256 in 453 cases,accounting for 44.6%.The antibody titer who had a B-type husband was significantly lower than that had a AB-type husband（P〈0.01）.There was a weak positive correlation between maternal age and antibody titer（rs=0.09 381,P〈0.01）,the titer level of 25-30 years old group was significantly lower than that of 31-36 years old and over 37 years old groups（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group,the end/initial potency ratio of the treatment group did not significantly decrease（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The blood type of husband and the age of pregnant women influenced the IgG anti-A/B titer of serum in pregnant women.The effect of Yinzhihuang Granules on reducing antibody titer was not obvious when used alone.
