抗-P_1导致ABO血型正反定型不符1例

A case of ABO blood typing discrepancy caused by anti-P_1

抗-P1是一种弱的室温反应性凝集素,25℃以上不出现凝集现象。有文献报道,抗-P1会影响血型鉴定及交叉配血结果,偶有抗-P1患者输注P1阳性红细胞后会发生急性溶血反应^（[4]）。近期,笔者在输血前检测中发现1例抗-P1导致ABO血型正反定型不符,现报告如下。

Anti-P1 is a naturally occurring antibody of IgM isotype and is often detected as a weak,roomtemperature agglutinin.To be a kind of irregular antibody,anti-P1 can lead to blood group discrepancy and result in severe hemolytic transfusion reaction which may be life-threatening.Blood typing identification is the most important guarantee of blood transfusion.
