佤族家系中发现罕见类孟买血型2例

2cases of rare Bombay-like phenotype found in Wa family

ABO亚型虽少见,但给临床血型鉴定、配血、输血工作带来了很大的困扰。近期我们在患者标本中发现1例罕见类孟买血型（B_m^h）,对其进行了家系调查和分子生物学鉴定,现报告如下。

To analyze the serological characteristics and family survey of rare Mumbai blood group in Wa nationality,and provide transfusion strategy for the clinical practice.The serology identification and ABO blood type,Lewis blood group,antibody absorption elution test of red blood cells on the weak antigen in serum and umbilical cord blood of members of patients and their family,and identification of antibody neutralization inhibition test,determination of blood group substance in saliva were done,and ABO gene was sequenced by PCR-SSP method.In the WA family,both the patient and mother were rare secretory type of Mumbai blood group（B_m^h）,and the patients were weakly resistant to-HI.Serological and molecular biology methods could be combined with the correct identification of Mumbai blood group,anti-H activity might play an important role in Mumbai or Mumbai in blood screening;rare blood pedigree investigation,finding the genetic law and the same type individuals in need of blood transfusion for each donor.
