摘要
动物实验和临床研究表明,脑出血可能会损伤脑白质。脑出血后脑白质损伤与修复的病理生理学机制十分复杂。文章从脑出血后脑白质损伤与修复的相关临床与实验研究证据、病理生理学机制以及脑白质损伤的可能干预策略等方面进行了综述。
Animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that intracerebral hemorrhage may damage the white matter. The pathophysiology mechanisms of cerebral white matter injury and repair after intracerebral hemorrhage is very complicated. This article reviews the related clinical and experimental evidence, pathophysiologieal mechanisms, and possible intervention strategies of cerebral white matter injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.
