摘要
文章介绍了传统机车制动缸压力控制部件结构原理及主要特点,阐述了采用三通阀、作用阀等部件实现分配阀功能的制动缸压力控制改进方案。经试验验证及运用考核证明,文中提出的改进方案满足设计要求,提高了制动机的安全性、可靠性及可维护性。
This paper presents the structure principle and main characteristics of traditional pressure control component of locomotive brake cylinder, and expounds the improvement plan of brake cylinder pressure control by using triple valve, relay valve and other parts to realize the function of distribution valve. The test and application show that the improvement scheme proposed in this paper can meet the design requirements and improve the safety, reliability and maintainability of brake.
