摘要
文章对某型机车隔墙上部梁的设计结构、焊接工艺进行了详细的介绍和分析,并着重分析了引起隔墙上部梁焊接变形超标的主要原因,由此提出了隔墙上部梁焊接结构及工艺的优化改进方案,最终解决了隔墙上部梁焊接变形超标的问题。
This paper presents and analyzes in detail the design structure and welding process for partition wall up-beam of certain type locomotive, and the main causes of welding deformation are analyzed. It puts forward the optimization improvement scheme of the welding structure and process for partition wall up-beam, and finally solves the problem of welding deformation.
