摘要
近几年来,随着OCT的发展,用分形分析用不同形式的OCT获取的生物组织的光学断层图像,进而获取生物组织的分形特性成了越来越热门的研究领域。相比于传统研究生物组织的方法,分形分析能定量描述生物组织形态学结构,对肉眼无法观察到的生物组织的形态学结构变化也能做出判断。本文对子宫肌瘤光学断层图像进行了分形分析,得到了不同深度下与分维有关的参数m的具体值。证明了子宫肌瘤组织是分形的,用分形分析子宫肌瘤的形态学结构可以为我们提供新的定量的知识。此研究方法弥补了定性分析的不足,对术前诊断,特别是癌变初期的诊断具有极大的运用价值。
In this study,we obtained optical coherence tomography(OCT)images of hysteromyoma at different depths with a full field OCT(FFOCT)system,and then a fractal analysis of hysteromyoma was performed.It can be seen from the OCT images that the morphological structures of hysteromyoma are different at different depths in the same location.To quantitatively deseribe changes of the structural characteristics of tissues with depth,Fourier transforms were performed to generate the distributions of the power spectrum of the imaging signales at different depths,and a formula fit was carried out to fine the fractal parameter,providing aquantitative fractal representation of the structures of hysteromyoma.The fractal analysis of morphological structures of hysteromyoma can provide us new quantitative knowledge about tissue structure.The new method isa suplement of quantitative methods,and has a great diagnostic value,especially for detecting cancer at early stages.
