摘要 丰山铜矿采场充填体强度低,导致矿石的损失与贫化。针对这一问题,采取了选用分级尾砂、引进新胶凝材料、选择合理的灰砂比、改造砂仓提高充填料浆浓度等措施,来提高采场充填体表层强度。经采场充填实验证明,采场充填体表层强度4d龄期达到1.58 MPa,满足了采矿要求。 The strength of stope filling body in fengshan copper mine is low that leads to ore loss and dilution.For solve this problem,we take several measures include selecting classified tailings,introducing a new cementing material,choosing reasonable ratio of cement and sand,improving the concentration of filling slurry by rebuilding sand silo,so as to improve the surface strength of stope filling body.The filling experiment proved that the surface strength of stope filling body reaches to1.58 MPa at 4 day ages,which meet the mining requirements.
