港里铁矿软破围岩巷道支护方案研究

摘要 针对港里铁矿的软破围岩巷道存在的自稳性差、维护难度大的问题,对其巷道支护方案进行了研究。基于围岩与支护的相互作用,探讨了软破围岩巷道变形破坏机理和特征,确定了适用于其工程特点的支护技术。采用物理相似模拟和三维数值模拟等实验方法,对不同支护条件下,巷道围岩的应力、应变的变化规律进行了实验研究,并提出了相适合的支护方案。工程实践表明:采用该支护方案能够有效地控制巷道地压,提高巷道的抗变形能力,延长了巷道的安全稳定期。 According to problems of low stability and difficult maintenance in the soft rock roadway of Gangli Mine,the roadway support scheme was studied.With the guidance of the rock supporting theory,the deformation and destruction mechanism of the surrounding rock in the soft rock roadway was discussed.By means of the physical simulation experiment and the numerical simulation experiment,the variation law of stress and strain of roadway surrounding rock under different support conditions was studied.The supporting technique and supporting scheme suitable for the engineering characteristics were put forward.The industrial test results show that the deformation and failure of the soft rock roadway were effectively reduced by using the supporting scheme.The good effects to control the deformation of the surrounding rock in roadway were obtained.
