摘要 针对尾矿库运行过程中存在的安全问题,以湖南省黄金洞尾矿库为研究对象,综合选取影响尾矿库安全运行的指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)与逼近理想排序法(TOPSIS)结合的新模型对此尾矿库进行安全评价。由层次分析法得出评价体系准则层指标和底层指标对尾矿库安全运行的影响程度,利用AHP-TOPSIS模型得出了此尾矿库安全等级属于Ⅱ级(较安全)。其中在准则层中安全管理(0.313 0)和尾矿坝(0.314 2)所占权重较大,对尾矿库的安全运行有相当的重要性;在底层评价指标中坝体尺寸参数符合要求(0.166 4)和安全生产管理机构和制度(0.146 3)所占权重较大,在尾矿库的管理过程中要着重注意。AHP-TOPSIS模型对尾矿库系统安全综合评价得到的结果与实际结果相吻合,评价结果符合生产实际,过程简单,提高了评价的效率和质量。 Aiming at the safety problems in the operation of tailings pond,taking the gold cave tailings pond in Hunan Province as the research object,the indexes of safe operation of tailings pond are selected synthetically,and comprehensive selection index of affecting the safe operation of the tailings is carried out by using the new model combined with AHP and TOPSIS.The influence degree of the criterion layer index and the bottom index on the safe operation of the tailings reservoir are obtained by the AHP.It is concluded that the safety grade of the tailings is Grade II(safer)by AHP-TOPSIS model.In the criterion layer,safety management(0.313 0)and tailings dam(0.314 2)have a large weight,which are of considerable importance to the safe operation of tailings reservoir.In the bottom evaluation indexes,the dam body size parameter meeting the requirements(0.166 4)and the safety production management institution and the system(0.146 3)occupy a larger weight,which need to pay more attention in the tailings of the management.The AHP-TOPSIS model agrees with the actual results.The evaluation results are in accordance with the actual production process,and the process is simple and the efficiency and quality of the evaluation are improved.
