摘要
目前精霍线(精河—霍尔果斯)线路通过能力已经达到饱和,不能适应运输需求,亟需对精霍线进行扩能改造。在阐述精霍线既有概况和区域路网现状的基础上,根据不同时期的客货运量特点,通过对包含增设会让站方案、软化坡度方案、改用大功率机车方案、改善信联闭方案等单线扩能改造方案,以及复线扩能改造方案等多方案之间的比选,提出精霍线精河至伊宁段扩能改造最终方案,即初期全部开放7个预留会让站,近期采用HXD2型大功率机车牵引,牵引质量由2 600 t提高至4 500 t,远期适时考虑增建二线,以彻底解决线路通过能力不足问题。
It is urgent to carry out expansion and reconstruction of Jinghe-Khorgos railway, because the railway's passing capacity has reached its limit, and it cannot meet the transportation needs. Based on the features of the passenger and cargo traffic at different times, the current situation of the JingheKhorgos railway is elaborated. Through the selection of multiple schemes, such as increasing the plan of the station, softening the slope, using the higher power locomotive, improving the single line expansion, and the reconstruction of the re-expansion of the compound line, and so on, this paper proposes the final scheme in the Jinghe-Yining section of the Jinghe-Khorgos railway. That is, the early opening of JingheYining section of the initial Jinghe-Khorgos railway, the recent use of HXD2 type high-power locomotive traction, the traction quality from 2600 t to 4500 t, timely consideration of the long-term expansion of the second-line expansion.
