An Analysis of the Processing Structure of Rolling Stock Statistics for Railway Freight Transport and Clearing

铁路货运承运清算制改革是铁路面向市场化的重要途径之一,对铁路运输企业的经营绩效产生较大影响。为满足货运承运清算数据需求,开发设计一套科学合理的机车车辆统计数据处理方法至关重要。在阐述机车车辆统计数据源、数据采集要求的基础上,分析货运承运清算机车车辆统计数据构架,探析机车车辆统计数据总体构架;从机车车辆统计数据功能模块角度,研究提出车站级、机务段级、铁路局集团公司(车务段)级、中国铁路总公司级的应用,以及货运承运清算机车车辆统计数据处理系统优化,为进一步深化货运承运清算提供统计数据支持。

The reform of railway freight transport and clearing system is one of the most important ways for the railway to be market-oriented, and has a great impact on the operation performance of railway transport enterprises. In order to meet the demand of freight transport clearing data, it is crucial to develop a scientific and reasonable method for processing statistical data of rolling stock. On the basis of expounding the statistical data sources and data acquisition requirements of rolling stock, this paper analyzes the statistical data structure, and overall framework of freight transport and clearing locomotive and rolling stock. From the point of view of the function module of the locomotive and rolling stock statistics data, this paper proposes the applications of station level, locomotive depot, railway groups and China Railway Corporation, and optimization of statistical data processing system for freight transport and clearing of rolling stock, so as to provide statistical data support for further deepening railway freight clearing.
