摘要
为提升中国铁路广州局集团有限公司管内中欧班列的运行效率和品质,在阐述目前中欧班列开行现状和特征的基础上,分析国内外中欧班列运输通道目前的现状及存在问题,在国际上提出通过加强沿途设施建设,协调沿途各国铁路运价,推动沿途相关国家班列的协商合作等策略。在国内以中国铁路广州局集团有限公司管内长沙、广州、东莞、深圳4个城市开行的中欧班列为研究对象,并应用协同学对班列间的货运组织进行优化,为进一步提升中欧班列的服务品质提供参考。
In order to improve operation efficiency and quality of China Railway Express（CRE） in the territory of China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd, on the basis of expounding the current situation and characteristics of CRE, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems at home and abroad of CRE, and puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the construction of facilities along the way, making the proposals of railway freight rates, and promoting consultation and cooperation among relevant countries of CRE. Domestically, the paper also uses the synergetic theory to optimize the freight transport organization in Changsha, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen of China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd, so as to provide references for improving the service quality of CRE.
