我国厂矿企业不同运维模式下机车成本研究

A Research on the Cost of Locomotives under Different Operation and Maintenance Modes in Factory and Mining Enterprises

我国厂矿企业机车运用以利益最大化为原则,各企业机车使用需要根据运输量、资金投入、利润效益等因素综合考虑采用不同运维模式以降低机车成本。厂矿企业机车运维模式主要包括自购自修模式、自购委外修模式及租赁模式。通过对不同运维模式下厂矿企业机车成本构成分析,提出自购自修模式、自购委外修模式及租赁模式下的机车成本计算。以某新建煤矿为例,分别对自购自修模式、自购委外修模式及租赁模式下机车成本方案进行设计。经过分析比较,得出当机车数量小于12时,应选择租赁模式;当机车数量大于等于12时,应选择自购自修模式。

To reduce the cost and maximize the benefits of locomotive operation, considering their traffic volume, investment, profits, etc, the factory and mining enterprises adopt different maintenance and repair modes considering their traffic volume, investment, profits, etc. The major modes of operation and maintenance include locomotive self-purchase and self-repair, self-purchase and contracted maintenance, leasing. The locomotive cost under different modes are analyzed and calculated by taking the example of a newly built coal mine. The analysis and comparison shows that, while the locomotive number Q〉12, the leasing mode is proposed, otherwise, the self-purchase and self-repair mode shall be adopted.
