摘要
目的:以氨基甲酸乙酯二甲基丙烯酸酯(UDMA)作为氨酯基粘接体系基质,以丙酮为溶剂,研究丙酮添加比例对UDMA性质的影响。方法:用UDMA与除水丙酮按照质量分数为100∶0(对照组);80∶20(A组);50∶50(B组);20∶80(C组)进行配置,采用傅里叶红外光谱法检测各组红外光谱,研究其中的氢键变化,并测定碳碳双键转化率;采用LVDV-1粘度计对各组进行粘度测定。结果:随着丙酮含量的增加,氢键含量降低;对照组、A、B、C组粘度分别为22.975 Pa·s、16.675 Pa·s、1.7Pa·s和0.017 Pa·s(P<0.05);双健转化率分别为68.875%、68.1%和53.3%和0%。对照组与A组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),对照组与B组,A组与B组间转化率均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:丙酮含量对氨酯基粘接体系的氢键含量、粘度、双键转化率都有影响。在配制氨酯基粘接体系时,丙酮含量应控制在50%以下。
Objective: To study the relationship between the acetone ratio and the property of the UDMA adhesive system with Di-urethane di-methaerylate (UDMA) as the matrix of the urethane based adhesive system and with acetone as solvent. Methods: UDMA and purified acetone were mixed in accordance with the mass fraction of 100 : 0 (control group) ; 80 : 20 (group A) ; 50 : 50( group B) and 20 : 80 ( group C) respectively, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to detect the hydrogen bond, LVDV- 1 viscometer was used to detect the viscosity of the samples. Double bond conversion(DC) was also tested by FTIR. Results: With the increase of acetone content, the hydrogen bond decreased. The viscosity of the control group, group A, B and C was 22. 975 Pa · s, 16. 675 Pa · s, 1.7 Pa · s and 0. 017 Pa · s respectively(P 〈 0.05) ; the double bond conversion rate was 68. 875% , 68.1% , 53.3% and 0% , respectively( between control group and group A, P 〉 0.05 ). Furthermore, the conversion rate between the A group and the B group, control group and the B group had statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ; between group B and A or control, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The content of acetone has an effect on the hydrogen bond content, viscosity and double bond conversion rate of the urethane bonding system. Acetone content should be controlled below 50% when preparing urethane bonding system.
