改良式间接粘接技术在正畸临床中的应用研究

Application of modified indirect bonding technique in orthodontic treatment

目的:探讨改良间接粘接法应用于正畸治疗的临床效果。方法:选择恒牙期固定矫治病例87例,分别由研究生(A),青年医师(B)和进修医师(C)实施间接粘接操作,比较MBT托槽与自锁托槽的粘接脱落率。另外选择16例拔牙矫治的患者比较间接粘接和直接粘接技术应用后拔牙间隙相邻牙根平行度的变化。结果:3位正畸医师(A、B、C)在熟练掌握间接粘接技术之后脱落率分别由5.94%、4.49%和9.09%降低为1.80%、1.69%和4.26%。MBT和自锁托槽脱落率分别为2.73%和0.70%(P<0.05)。采用间接粘接技术治疗的患者矫治结束后拔牙间隙相邻牙牙根的平行度均优于直接粘接技术。结论:改良式间接粘接法在正畸临床治疗中粘接效果较好,治疗结束后牙根平行度较佳,并且自锁托槽的粘接效果优于MBT托槽。

Objective： To observe the efftcts of a modified indirect orthodontic bonding technique in orthodontic treatment. Methods： 87 patients were enrolled and managed by 3 individual orthodontists respectively： graduate student（ A）, young orthodontist（B） and visiting orthodontist（C）. The bonding failure rate was compared between MBT brackets and selfligating bracket. 16 patients underwent tooth extraction were selected for the comparison of root parallelism between direct and indirect bonding techniques. Results： After training, the bonding failure rate managed by A, B and C decreased from 5.94%, 4.49% and 9.09% to 1.80%, 1.69% and 4.26%, respectively. The bond failure of MBT and self-ligating brackets was 2.73% and 0.70% respectively（P 〈 O. 05）. The root parallelism in the patients treated by indirect bonding technique was better in those treated than that by direct bonding technique. Conclusion： The modified indirect bonding technique is effective in the improvement of root parallelism, the indirect bonding effect of self-ligating brackets is better than that of MBT brackest.
