摘要
目的:通过CBCT来探讨切牙管与上颌中切牙根的相对位置。方法:采用CBCT对40位骨性和牙性I类关系的成年人进行切牙管到上颌中切牙距离的测量。在轴向剖面上对3个水平面进行线性测量:(1)切牙管腭侧开口水平(L1),(2)切牙管腭侧开口与上颌中切牙根尖间的中间水平(L2),(3)上颌中切牙根尖的水平(L3)。结果:在L1和L2平面,切牙管宽度大于上颌中切牙牙根间距者分别有31例(77.5%)和18例(45.0%)。在L1、L2平面,中切牙牙根距切牙管的距离分别为(5.4±1.15)mm和(5.6±1.12)mm。结论:超过45%的患者切牙管宽度大于中切牙根间距。上颌中切牙牙根和切牙管之间的前后距离大约4.5~5.5 mm。
Objective: To study the relative position of incisive canal(IC) and maxillary central incisor roots using CBCT. Methods: CBCT images of 40 adults with skeletal and dental class I normal occlusion were included. Linear measurements were performed on the axial cross- sectional images corresponding to three levels : the palatal opening level of IC ( L1 ) , midlevel between the L1 and the root apex of the maxillary central incisors (L2) and the root apex level of the maxillary central incisors ( L3 ). Results: At levels L1 and L2, the IC width greater than the distance between 2 centrol incisor roots was found in 31 (77.5 % ) and 18 (45.0%) cases respectively, the anteroposterior distance between the maxillary incisor roots and the anterior boarder of the IC was (5.4 ± 1.15 ) mm and (5.6 ± 1.12) mm respectively. Conclusion : The anteroposterior distance between the maxillary central incisor roots and the IC is approximately 4.5 -5.5 mm. More than 45% of the adults have an incisive canal width greater than the interroot distance of central incisors.
