牙骨质细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 牙骨质是覆盖在牙根表面的薄层矿化组织,是维持牙和牙周组织联系的重要结构。牙骨质细胞是包埋在根尖区细胞牙骨质基质中的一类细胞,它与包埋在骨基质中的骨细胞在组织形态学和分子生物学表达上有一定的相似性,但又存在诸多差异。受牙骨质独特的局部解剖结构和细胞数目较少等原因限制,目前学术界对于牙骨质具体功能及牙骨质细胞特性的研究均十分缺乏,对其细胞生物学和分子生物学特性了解甚少。本文将牙骨质细胞与骨细胞从细胞来源、形态结构、分子生物学表达逐一进行比较,并对牙骨质功能的研究进展作一综述。
