海绵铜合成碱式氯化铜方法研究

摘要 本文以线路板含铜污泥与棕化废液协同处理制得的海绵铜为原料,对海绵铜采用液碱除有机物的方法,利用氨水-氯化铵浸出铜形成铜氨溶液,并与酸蚀刻液合成制取碱式氯化铜。经研究表明:在液碱浓度为15%,液固比为3︰1,搅拌时间10 min,常温的条件下,液碱对海绵铜中有机杂质的去除率高达90%,制得的碱式氯化铜完全符合碱式氯化铜饲料级的标准。 In this paper, sponge copper which produced by the circuit board sludge containing copper and brown waste is prepared as raw materials, using alkali to remove organic matter, ammonia chloride-liquor ammoniae dilutus to leach of copper, coming into being copper ammonia solution. With the copper ammonia solution and acid etching liquid, the author produced copper chloride hydroxide sucessfully. The study shows that the alkali concentration was 15 %, liquid-solid ratio 3︰1, stirring time 10 min, under the condition of normal temperature, liquid removal of organic impurities in copper sponge rate was as high as 90 %, and the prepared basic copper chloride completely conforms to the standard of feed grade cupric chloride.
