Clinical Study on the Anti-aging Effect of a Skin Lotion

对一款护肤液进行抗衰老人体功效研究,为化妆品的功效评价提供参考。受试者分产品组和空白组,在产品使用前和使用8周后,分别对受试者皮肤弹性、光泽度、皱纹进行评价。仪器测定结果显示,使用产品8周后,光泽度和皱纹均有显著性改善(p<0.05);相比空白组,产品组皮肤弹性和皱纹均有显著性改善(p<0.05)。临床评估显示产品对皮肤皱纹和光泽度的改善效果较明显(p<0.05),产品安全性较高,90%的受试者对产品满意。

A clinical study was conducted on the anti-aging effect of a skin lotion. It provides reference for the evaluation of cosmetics. The subjects were divided into product group and blank group. The skin elasticity, glossiness and wrinkles were analyzed before and after 8 weeks of using the product. The instrument measurement results showed that after 8 weeks, the skin glossiness and wrinkles were obviously improved（p〈0.05）. Compared with the blank group, the skin elasticity and wrinkle of the product group were obviously improved（p〈0.05）. Clinical evaluation results showed that the skin glossiness and canthus wrinkles were improved obviously（p〈0.05）. The clinical evaluation results also revealed the high safety of this product, and 90% of the subjects were satisfied with it.
