GC-MS联用技术分析广金钱草中的挥发性成分 被引量:1

摘要 目的:用气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对广金钱草水蒸气蒸馏的挥发性成分进行分析。方法:采用GC-MS测定并结合NIST2011质谱库进行检索,用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从广金钱草中共鉴定出119个成分,占挥发性总成分97.03%。广金钱中的主要挥发性成分为:壬醛8.68%、大马士酮3.84%、香叶基丙酮1.75%、β-紫罗酮1.63%、2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚2.25%、1H-非那烯4.48%、菲21.98%、植酮19.68%、法尼基丙酮4.06%和异植物醇1.81%。结论:本实验采用GC-MS分析方法对广金钱草水蒸气蒸馏的挥发性成分进行分析,可为合理开发利用广金钱草资源提供科学依据。 Objective: The volatile components of the steam distillation were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods: The volatile components were determined by GC-MS, the composition name was searched by NIST2011 mass spectrometry, and the relative percentile content of each component was calculated by the normalization method of peak area. Results: A total of 119 components, accounting for 97.03 % of the total volatile components, were identified from Desmodium styracifoolium(Osbeck) Merr.. The main volatile components in Desmodium styracifoolium(Osbeck) Merr. as follows: nonanal(8.6 %), beta-damascenone(3.84 %), Geranylacetone(1.75 %), trans-á-Ionone(1.63 %), butylated hydroxytoluene(2.25 %), 1 H-phenalene(4.48 %), phenanthrene(21.98 %), fitone(19.68 %), farnesylaceton(4.06 %), isophytol(1.81 %). Conclusion: In this study, gc-ms analysis was used to analyze the volatile components of the steam distillation from Desmodium styracifoolium(Osbeck) Merr., which could provide scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of the resources.
