葫芦岛原位Cd污染土壤的改良及对植物效应研究

摘要 选取广东省大宝山农耕废弃污染土壤,采用盆栽实验,研究了施用石灰石和沸石对植物生物量及其植株内Cd含量及土壤中Cd有效态的影响。结果表明,沸石对豌豆生物量促进效果随剂量增加而增强。20%沸石单剂和混剂处理分别增加豌豆生物量的129%和161%,植株地上部Cd含量则分别下降了49.7%和89.5%。沸石混合施用对作物生物量的促进作用及对土壤重金属的固定作用均优于其单独施用。 The effect of limestone and zeolite on immobilization, plant growth and uptake of heavy metals in contaminated soils were studied in a pot experiment under greenhouse conditions. All levels of zeolite showed a significant increase in pea biomass. The pea biomass increased 54 %, 95 % and 129 % in 5 %, 10 % and 20 % zeolite treatments, respectively. Inaddition, zeolite plus limestone and compost plus limestone were better than zeolite and compost used alone. The results showed that the soil chemical treatment improved the performance of crops by reducing bioavailability of Cd in the soils. The results suggest that the amendments can be used to remediate a heavily contaminated acid soil to allow re-vegetation, while the amendments can not reduce the total concentrations of metals in the soils. Further, the potential of amendments on immobilization of heavy metals over a long term needs more time to monitor.
