Effect of Sec-butyl Acetate Gasoline on Vehicle Rubber

研究了三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶在含有乙酸仲丁酯的系列汽油中的腐蚀程度。研究结果表明,系列乙酸仲丁酯汽油中,乙酸仲丁酯在93#基础汽油中添加比例为质量百分数不超过10%时,对三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶和氟橡胶的腐蚀更轻或者稍微加重。因此,为了确保车用橡胶在乙酸仲丁酯汽油中使用的安全性,乙酸仲丁酯在93#汽油中的添加比例不宜超过10%。

The corrosion degree of EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, and fluororubber in series gasoline containing sec-butyl acetate was studied. The results show that When sec-butyl ester is added to 93# base gasoline at a mass percentage of not more than 10%, the corrosion of EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, and fluororubber was lighter or slightly aggravated. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of vehicle rubber in sec-butyl acetate gasoline, the addition ratio of sec-butyl acetate in 93# gasoline should not exceed 10%.
