浅谈叶片泵发热量计算

摘要 如果储存的工艺介质要求温度低于环境湿球温度,冷却水冷却就不能满足要求,工艺就需要考虑用冰机来冷却工艺介质。工业冰机价格较高且随着冷量的增加而增高,如果冰机冷量选择过小,制冷量满足不了要求,反之冷量过大,载冷剂的频繁结冰会导致冰机机组停机和损坏。冰机冷量计算要尽量贴近实际工况才能避免上述情况发生,而叶片泵本身的散热量如何计算和选取在就显得尤为重要。 Usually, the cooling water will be used for cooling the process liquid unless the media need the temperature lower than environment wetted ball temperature. During this situation, the cold water need be consideration. Chiller is expensive, cooling capacity high and cost higher. If the chiller cooling capacity low can't meet the process requirement, but if the chiller cooling capacity is too high, the refrigerating medium will be frequency frozen and make chiller stop or breakdown. To prevent the above situation happen, chiller cooling capacity calculation is very important, same to the vane pump heat emission.
