摘要 为深入理解和正确使用《食品安全国家标准食品中脂肪酸的测定》,充分发挥其在实际检测中的应用。本文主要从样品前处理方法的整合,实验试剂的统一,结果处理方法的整合和方法的适用范围的汇总这四个方面进行比较和分析,深入掌握《食品安全国家标准食品中脂肪酸的测定》的技术要点,并提出了选择方法的建议,有利于该标准的执行和应用。 To better understand and correctly use "National Food Safety Standards Determination of Fatty Acids in Foods", give full play to its role in actual detection. This article mainly compares and analyzes the four aspects of the integration of the sample preparation method, the unification of the experimental reagents, the integration of the results processing methods and the summary of the application scope of the methods.
