摘要
建立了同时测定凉茶中磺胺类、大环内酯类、四环素类、喹诺酮类共10种非法添加化学药物的高效液相色谱分析方法。用Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲液作为提取液,C_(18)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH=3.5)为流动相,在275 nm下检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在1~20 mg/L的浓度范围内,10种化学药物的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为0.5~2.5 mg/L,在4个不同添加水平的回收率为70.2%~129.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于14。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,准确性好,适用于凉茶中10种非法添加化学药物的快速分析。
A reliable and simple method was developed for the determination of ten chemical drugs including sulfa drugs, macrolides drugs, tetracycline drug and quinolone drugs illegally added in herbal tea by HPLC with ultra-violet spectrophotometric detection. The analytes were separated on a C(18) column using acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L Na H2 PO4 buffer(pH=3.5) as mobile phase, and analyzed quantitatively at UV wavelength of 275 nm by external standard method. The calibration curves of the ten chemical drugs were linear in range of 1-20 mg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.999. The limits of detection ranged from 0.5 mg/L to 2.5 mg/L. The recoveries of the ten analytes spiked at 4 levels in blank samples ranged from 70.2 % to 129.8 % with RSD less than 14 %. The method is easy to operate, sensitive and with good purification effect to the rapid determination of the ten chemical drugs illegally added in herbal tea.
