应用型人才培养改革是钦州学院在学校转型发展背景下提出的,而构建科学有效的实验实训体系是保证应用型人才培养质量的前提,其师资队伍建设更是人才培养的关键。因此,对海洋科学实验实训的师资队伍建设性探索显得尤为必要。

The reform of applied talents training is put forward under the background of transformation and development of Qinzhou University. Constructing scientific and effective experimental training system is the premise to guarantee the quality of applied talents, the teachers team construction is the key of the talent training. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the teaching staff construction of experimental training in marine science.
