含饱和配位铕(Ⅲ)配合物的转光涂料的制备及其光学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 将饱和配位铕(Ⅲ)配合物作为转光剂添加到双组份丙烯酸涂料中,采用刮棒涂布的方法分别在玻璃基材和PET基材上制备了转光涂层,并对其发光性能和透明性进行了研究。结果表明:转光涂层能有效吸收紫外光,在623 nm产生很强的红色荧光,涂布基材的选择会对转光涂层的激发波长和荧光发射强度产生影响,玻璃基材上的转光涂层较PET基材上的转光涂层具有更高的荧光发射强度。同时稀土配合物的加入不会对转光涂层的透过率和颜色产生明显影响,但随稀土配合物添加量的增加转光涂层的雾度会轻微上升,但均可以满足使用要求。 The light conversion agent containing saturated coordination complexes of europium (Ⅲ) were mixed with two-component acrylic resin to fabricate the light conversion coatings via the wire rod coating method. The luminescent properties and transparency of the coatings were studied. Fluorescence results of the coatings showed it could absorb the ultraviolet efficiently and give off strong red lluorescence at around 623 nm. The selection of coating substrate affected the excitation wavelength and fluorescence emission intensity of the coatings, and the fluorescence emission intensity of coatings on glass substrate was higher than that on PET. Meanwhile, the addition of rare earth complexes had no obvious effect on the transmittance and the color of the light conversion coating, while the haze increased slightly with the increase of the rare earth complexes addition, but all of them can satisfy the use requirement.
