摘要
对淮山奶片的加工工艺进行了研究。结果表明奶粉用量为45%,蔗糖用量为20%,甘露醇用量为10%,淮山干粉用量为15%,硬脂酸镁用量为0.5%,采用1.5%的CMC-Na液作为润湿剂,压片粒度为40目,制备的淮山奶片质量最佳。
The processing technology of Yam milk tablet was studied.The results showed that good quality Yam milk tablet could be obtained by following: raw of milk powder 45 %, sugar 20 %, Mannito l10 %, Yam powder 15 %, Magnesium stearate 0.5 %, 1.5 % CMC-Na liquid is used as a wetting agent. The granularity of the press is 40 mesh.
