摘要
以微晶纤维素为原料,在氮气保护下与十八酰氯发生反应,经离心洗涤分离制得具有疏水特性的纳米纤维素薄膜。利用接触角、SEM和FTIR等表征手段对其进行表征分析。研究表明:随着反应物十八酰氯量的增加,反应更加充分,制备的薄膜疏水性能更好。随着十八酰氯的用量的增加,所制得的薄膜由棒状的微晶纤维素颗粒变为具有球形结构的纳米纤维素组成。
Microcrystalline cellulose was used as raw material to react with Stearoyl chloride under the protection of nitrogen. Nanocellulose films with hydrophobic properties were prepared by centrifugation washing separation. The hydrophobic nano-cellulose films were characterized by means of contact angle SEM and FTIR. The results showed that the reaction was more complete with the increase of the amount of Stearoyl chloride in the reactants. With the increase of the amount of Stearoyl chloride, the film was formed from rod-like microcrystalline cellulose particles to nano-cellulose with spherical structure.
